Product Relaunch
The Brief —
Most people only knew Mailchimp as an email tool, but now they’re a complete marketing platform that does landing pages, social ads, customer data, and much more. R/GA was given the task of getting the world to notice all the things that you can do with Mailchimp. A challenge considering the company is called “Mail”-chimp.
The Outcome —
With branding help from Collins, we led the complete redesign of mailchimp.com, alongside an integrated brand campaign called More Than Mail.
My Role —
As associate designer, I was responsible for helping bring the the new brand system to life, establish design consistency, and delivering all pages and assets for the site.

Illustration
To bring more Mailchimp-y-ness to the redesign, we commissioned illustrations from 6 different illustrators (in 4 different countries). We briefed them on how each illustration should convey the capabilities of particular features on the platform in a fun, weird way that is true to the Mailchimp brand.
